Mike has worked in restaurants, pubs and catering since the age of 11 - from waiter; to cellar keeper; to restaurant manager; to chef, Mikey knows delivery from top to bottom.

It’s all about creating the absolute best interpretation of a client’s requirements for food and drink at their event. With an experienced front of house team at the ready, a seamless and professional event catering service is a standard whether at home, a work location, greenfield site or indeed any venue.

Mike fills the time in-between events by providing recipes for magazines and styling for food brand campaigns.
